1. Coaching Services

Empwr provides online fitness and nutrition coaching services. This includes, but is not limited to: personalised meal plans, workout plans, support via chick-ins, and guidance related to health, fitness, and wellness. All plans are tailored based on the information provided by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

- Providing accurate and honest information regarding health, goals, fitness level, allergies, and injuries.

- Following the plan to the best of their ability and communicating any issues or challenges.

- Understanding that results vary and require consistency, commitment, and effort.

3. Health Disclaimer

The coaching services offered by Empwr are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with your doctor before beginning any new diet or exercise program.

Empwr is not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or complications that may arise from the use or misuse of provided plans.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

- All coaching packages must be paid in full upfront unless otherwise agreed.

- Due to the nature of personalised plans, no refunds are issued once a program has begun or materials have been delivered.

- If a payment plan is offered, failure to complete payments may result in paused services.

5. Communication & Boundaries

- Communication is available through agreed platforms (e.g., email or WhatsApp) during working hours.

- Response time is typically within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

- Empwr reserves the right to discontinue coaching if communication becomes abusive or disrespectful.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Empwr (meal plans, workout guides, resources, branding, etc.) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

7. Termination of Services

Empwr reserves the right to terminate coaching at any time if a client violates these terms, is dishonest, or behaves in a way that goes against the brand's values. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

8. Changes to Terms

Empwr may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or on the website.
